SEOPulse - Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

SEOPulse does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information, browsing data, or website content. All SEO analysis (parsing HTML, meta tags, headings, links, etc.) is performed locally within your browser. No data is sent to any server.

2. What the Extension Accesses

When you click "Run Audit," SEOPulse accesses the following elements of the currently active tab only:

• Title tag, meta description, and meta tags
• Heading structure (H1-H6)
• Image alt attributes
• Links (href, internal/external)
• Open Graph and Twitter Card tags
• Canonical URL, robots meta, schema markup
• Viewport, language, favicon, HTTPS status

All of this data is analyzed in real-time and displayed to you in the extension popup. Nothing is saved or transmitted.

3. License Verification

If you purchase a Pro license, the extension sends a license key verification request to our Cloudflare Worker at:

https://websnap-license.orangecc2025.workers.dev/verify

This request only includes the license key you enter. No browsing data, URL, or personal information is sent. The verification server does not log or store request data.

4. Local Storage

SEOPulse uses chrome.storage.local to store:

• Your Pro license key (for persistence across sessions)
• Your preference settings (e.g., theme, audit options)

This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to any server.

5. Third-Party Services

SEOPulse does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no trackers, pixels, or analytics scripts in the extension.

6. Children's Privacy

SEOPulse does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
